Furano Omukare Masaya (まさ屋 )

We read that the local dish that we must have at Furano was Omukare (omelette rice with curry). The popular one was Yuiga Doxon. (唯我獨尊). However we decided to head to another one called Masaya. There were a few parking just outside the shop. We were lucky to find one lot.

We were fortunate to be sitting at the counter. It was interesting to see how the cook prepared the various dishes, portioning a few orders at the same while. We ordered the standard omukare.  

The finale was our ribs order, where the lights were dimmed, the ribs lighted up in flames.

We totally enjoyed this restaurant.
